New Pickleball and Basketball Court

Grand Opening - June 2nd

 

The  official Grand Opening on June 2nd introduced 6 quality outdoor pickleball courts (to go with the 4 indoor courts) as well as basketball courts to our beach community.

Hotdogs and other goodies sponsored by Midway Foods were handed out to the 100 people in attendance. The Mayor of Victoria Beach,  Mayor of Alexander and a representative from the prior PC Government were thrilled to demonstrate the new courts after their greetings. Opening Ceremonies were proudly led by board member and longtime area Pickleballer - Gary Wingate.

 

Thanks to all of the volunteers, sponsors, donors, and the Government of Manitoba that made this facility possible.
