Most trails were groomed this morning including the freestyle circuit on the 1st, 2nd, and 9th holes of the golf course. Conditions excellent! Also a training grid has been established on the ball diamond. If Santa brung you skis this is a good place to try them out. Have fun out there!

Beaches Community Centre is pleased to offer GROOMED XC  ski trails to enjoy! XC Ski Trails are groomed and track set for CLASSIC  skiing and SKATE skiing. All of the trails in the network are track set for classic skiing with the Golf Course being the ONLY one offering dual track; classic and skate skiing. WALKERS: PLEASE refrain from WALKING on the TRACK SET and CORDUROY; STAY to the SIDES. It is DIFFICULT for Ron to groom and RUINS the tracks for skiing. Please be COURTEO

The Big Red, Jackpine, Oak Savanah, and 504 connector loops were all groomed this afternoon after the winds finally died down. Before the groomer could set tracks, 30 cms of fresh snow had to be packed down. The golf course will likely be groomed tomorrow. Conditions are as good as it gets.
