The market runs each Saturday 10:00AM to 1:00PM June 14 to Sept 6 2025 

and indoors Thanksgiving Saturday October 11 2025. Artisan Sales will take place on August 2nd, August 30, and October 11th.

The Beaches Country Market falls within the provincial guidelines that all farmers markets, craft sales, etc. must follow. This guideline falls under The Public Health Act’s regulation (MR 339/88R).  A Manitoba health permit is required before operating a market, craft sale or flea market where food items may be sold. There are strict protocols in place and the market coordinator and team are responsible for the market operation.

All vendor space rentals and tables rentals support the Beaches Community Centre and is 100% run by volunteers. Please be kind to all volunteers and respectful of others.

​If you are a vendor interested in participating in the market the registration process is different this year.

NO payment will be accepted on day of market. Market Registration must be Completed by 5PM the Tuesday prior to your Market Date

MARKET OPERATION:

 

The Market Coordinator is required to have their name on the Manitoba health permit thereby is responsible for market operation.

• To ensure the safety of vendors, patrons and volunteers NO ONE will be admitted into the market area before 10:00 AM.

• Market volunteers will be onsite by 8:00 AM

• Spots will be assigned when you arrive on day of market.

• No driving around the market after 9:30 AM

• Vendors that require cancelling attendance either on day of market or day before are to notify Market Coordinator by email vbcountrymarket@gmail.com otherwise repeat no shows will not be allowed to register unless prepaid by non-refundable fee of $35.

 SET UP

• Set up strongly encouraged to be completed by 9:30.

• Take down at 1:00 pm (vendors are asked to not take down early)

• Spaces assigned at market coordinators discretion

• Spaces are sized to allocate for your vehicle when pre-booked/registered

• Vendors are responsible for providing their own shading/canopy/umbrella

• Washroom facilities are available inside the community centre during market hours as well as outside in washroom facility.

 

FOOD GUIDELINES

• Any vendor selling food items must follow the provincial government farmers market guidelines and provide permit copy to Market Coordinator.

• Ensure products lablled as per guideline noted above.

COST

• $35 weekly pre-booked space non refundable but accommodation made for cancellations if market coordinator notified

• $385 for 13 weeks (non-refundable)

EXTRAS:

• TABLE/CHAIR RENTALS – (Limited number of tables) –

  • $10 table rental

  • $5 for chair rental if prebooked

• ELECTRICAL 

  • $10 and MUST be booked ahead of time.

• Space must be confirmed with market coordinator by Thursday before each market day
