TO VOTE BY PROXY

A member who is unable to attend, may upon prior notification to an executive member appointed by the board, vote by proxy. Voting by proxy can only be exercised for casting a ballot in favour of a member(s) who has been previously nominated by the nominating committee. Proxy votes must only be cast by the eligible member to the designated officer in writing or email, up to 7 days in advance of and no shorter than 6 hours prior to, the scheduled start time of the meeting containing the election.
