' Come enjoy the rink every night with lights on until 10pm Even though our days are getting longer, it's still hard to get all the outdoor skating/hockey in that we'd like during the daytime. Great news... The Beaches CC outdoor rink lights will be on until 10pm every night. If you are in the East Beaches area, come enjoy some evening outdoor fun at Beaches CC skating rink any night of the week.

All trails groomed. Conditions excellent except for the freestyle ... snow sticky causing the groomer to snowplow and leave ridges ... snow needs to setup before we can groom the freestyle again. Ski tips: For classic skiing try to plant poles within a foot of the groomed track. This is the most compacted area ... deer and dogs seem to sense this better than humans. Outside of this range poles are more likely to poke through and you could lose your balance.  Happy New Year an

All trails are open. Both classic and freestyle were groomed on the golf course.  Most of Oak Savanah, Jackpine, and 504 received a tune up. The training grid on the ball diamond was groomed as well. Conditions are very good to excellent. Expect crowds as Grand Beach trails are still not groomed!
