Calling All Beaches Country Market Vendor Wanna-Bees

Spring is starting to spring, and it’s time to start planning your space/table to sell your wares at the Beaches Country Market (formerly the Victoria Beach Country Market). All vendor space/table rentals support the Beaches Community Centre. The Market is 100% run by volunteers and our East Beaches Area community really comes out to support this event!

The Beaches Country Market runs

Sat June 17-Sept 2, 2023

and Sat Oct 7, 2023(Sat of Oct long weekend)

10am-1pm

This summer we are offering two indoor Artisan Sales

All wares must be home-made

June 17th and August 5 (August long weekend).

Artisan sale will run 9:00AM to 2:00PM (subject to change).

COST

 $35 weekly pre-booked space OUTDOOR

 $40 per week for late registration (after Thursday the week of market)

 $350 for 12 weeks (non-refundable)

 $40 for Artisan sale - includes one spot and one table

EXTRAS

TABLE/CHAIR RENTALS – (Limited number of tables available)

o $10 table rental

o $5 for chair rental

ELECTRICAL  - $10 and MUST be booked ahead of time.

Space must be confirmed with market coordinator by Thursday before each market day

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

·        PREFERRED PAYMENT: E-transfer to payvbcc@gmail.com using password: market

·     Cheques to be made payable to Beaches Community Centre

·         Cash or ATM available on day of event.
