Lisa takes the foundational principles of classic Pilates—precision, control, and breath—and fuses them with innovative movements that will leave you feeling toned and energized. There will be work at the Barre, as well as movement on the mat!

About Lisa
Lisa has been a Pilates teacher since 2010. After a life-changing accident in 2012, she expanded her practice to areas of neurology and Polyvagal exercises. She offers MELT, TREs (trauma release exercises) and a variety of yoga techniques. She has over 1000 hours of training hours, including the Franklin method, spinal decompression and deep fascial release. She continues to evolve her practice into the areas of trauma release and neurological balance.
