How to Vote by Email - Do Not Send Until May 19th, 2026

Advanced votes are eligible to be cast by members in good standing as of April 26th, 2026 up to 7 days prior (May 19, 2026) to the election day (May 26, 2026), and must be received 6 hours prior to the start of the meeting (noon, May 26, 2026)

Here is how to vote by regular mail.

 

Note: Mail-in votes must be received by Beaches Community Centre no earlier than May 19th, 2026 and no later than noon May 26th, 2026.

 

Rather than mail, you have the option to drop off your vote into a secure box located just outside the entrance of Beaches Community Centre.  The grey metal box is adhered to the outside end of the Beaches CC bulletin board. Do Not Drop Off Until May 19, 2026, and No later than Noon, May 26th, 2026.

Blank Ballots will be available Inside Beaches CC on the Canteen Counter
