How to Vote by Email

Email votes are eligible to be cast by members in good standing as of April 28th, 2024 up to 7 days prior (May 21, 2024) to the election day (May 28, 2024) and must be received 6 hours prior to the start of the meeting (1:00pm May 28, 2024)

Note: Mail-in votes must be received by Beaches Community Centre no earlier than May 21st and no later than 1:00pm, May 28th, 2024.

 

Rather than mail, you have the option to drop off your vote into a secure box located just outside the entrance of Beaches Community Centre.

Blank Ballots will be available beside the secure box.
