Vendor Registration Beaches Country Market (formerly known as VB Country Market)

Welcome to the Beaches Country Market 2022, formerly known as the VBCC Country Market. All vendor space rentals and tables rentals support the Beaches Community Centre and is 100% run by volunteers. ​ Set up/Take Down

set up at 9:00 am - open to the public at 10:00 am

take down at 1:00 pm (vendors are please asked to not take down early)

spaces assigned at coordinators discretion

spaces are sized to allocate for your vehicle when pre-booked/registered

vendors are responsible for providing their own shading/canopy/umbrella

washroom facilities are available inside the community centre during market hours

Cost -prepaid fees

$35 per week if  pre-booked space by Thursday before market

$350 for 12 weeks prepaid and non-refundable

$10 table rental or electrical use each week.

chair rental $5. 

electrical requirement must be pre-arranged

space must be confirmed with coordinator by Thursday before the market Saturday

Cost - late booking fees (after Thursday)

$40 per week if  booked Thursday before market

$15 table rental or electrical

$8 chair 

Payment Options

e-transfer payments to: payvbcc@gmail.com using password market - (preferred) 

cheques are made payable to Beaches Community Centre

cash collected on day of market (plans are underway to have a digital solution in place for market start)

​Food Guidelines

any vendor selling food items must follow the provincial government farmers market guidelines and provide a permit copy to market coordinator at registrationvbcountrymarket@gmail.com.
