Sponsorship Payment

Use this form to pay for your Sponsorship of the 10th Annual Beaches Golf Classic on Sept 11 at Grand Pines - dinner after at Beaches CC. If you have any questions, please contact John Heppenstall at 204 229 0777 or johnheppenstall204@gmail.com. 

Your sponsorship includes 2 tickets to our reception/dinner at Beaches immediately following the tournament. You will only need to purchase dinner tickets if you have additional guests over and above the 2 dinners included in your sponsorship. Please let us know in the other information section if you (or you and a guest) are attending the dinner.
