Marketing and Events Assistant Opportunity-Full-time Summer Positions

This is an amazing summer job opportunity! Fun, friends and working at Beaches CC!

We are hiring for two full-time summer positions to help with marketing and community events for the summer.

We are looking for dynamic, creative and highly motivated individuals.

Please note:

-must be 18 or older

-must have a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle, laptop, internet and mobile phone

-must live in the East Beaches area over the summer

-must qualify for the Canada Summer Jobs Grant, and work 30-35 hours per week-availability on weekends is required - a flexible work schedule is available. A mix of remote and in-person work at various locations in the community.

The main place of work will be Beaches Community Centre. No mileage will be provided when reporting to the Community Centre. However, mileage will be paid to the summer employee when using their own vehicle to travel to businesses and to other events not at the Community Centre at the current government rate per km. The starting point will always be the Beaches Community Centre when calculating mileage on a given day.
