Weddings & Social Functions

$700 - Includes: Main level including rink area - available only from May - September
Renter Responsibilities - $400 Damage Deposit
                                      - all additional service fees as requested
                                      - set up and take down of all table &                                                        chairs/wiped clean & stacked
                                      - all decorations to be removed at the end of                                             the event
                                      - all garbage bagged & tied and placed in                                              outside dumpster
                                      If applicable please review licensed event                                              information below

Kitchen Use During an Event

  • Limited Kitchen Use $60 - renter's responsibility to clean and sanitize after use

  • Full Kitchen Use $150 - renters responsibility to clean and put away all dishes, clean grill, garbage bagged and tied and placed in outside dumpster

Atrium

  • Full Day $400 - renters responsibility to wipe down all tables

  • Half Day $225 - renters responsibility to wipe down all tables

  • 2 Hr. minimum $150 - renters responsibility to wipe down all tables

All additional services fees as requested

Upstairs Lounge

  • Full Day $300

  • Half Day $175

  • 2 Hr. minimum

Children's Parties

$200 - Includes 4 hr. usage of Atrium and/or kids room. Limited kitchen use to be determined. Outdoor facilities (not exclusive)

  • all garbage bagged & tied and placed in outside dumpster

  • all additional services fees as requested 

 

Funerals

$400 - Includes Atrium, caretaker, table & chair set up/takedown, limited kitchen use

 

Outdoor Beer Gardens

$300 - Includes usage of outdoor bar, washrooms 

Usage of the main facility are not included ut can be available for an additional cost.

 

Curling Ice Rental

$60 - Includes 2 Hr. usage per sheet

 

Licensed Events

  • BCC Permit Event: $6.50 corkage per head, bartenders (1 per 60 people), mix, cups, and ice included. Liquor is charged as amount used. All empties are accounted for with renter.

  • Renter MBLL Permit: No corkage fees. renter supplies own mix, ice and cups. MBLL regulations permit holders may use own bartenders or rent BCC bartenders at current rate

 

Additional Service Fees

  • Sound System - $50

  • Caretaker - $12.50/hr.

  • Bartender - $15/hr. 

  • BCC Representative - $15/hr.

  • Table Clothes - white (limited quantity) $8 each
