As the weather finally warms and traffic increases around the Beaches Community Centre (formerly the Victoria Beach Community Centre) some of you may notice our new sign!
We are excited about our new name, mainly changed to be more inclusive of all in the wider East Beaches community that come to enjoy our activities. The new name also helps prevents ongoing confusion with the Victoria Beach Club aka VB Club.
A big Thank You to Bruce and Raymond, for putting up our sign.
If you like our new temporary sign, we hope you’ll love the new permanent one coming in late July – a easy-to-update and engaging electronic sign. The Beaches Community Centre needs an easier way to communicate quickly about the many activities, events and other important community updates, to keep you informed about our great sports, recreation and community-building activities.
